ImmerShare Terms of Service

Welcome to ImmerShare, the 3D application instant sharing service provided by Paraverse Technology Limited (“Paraverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the service, including but not limited to: desktop client software, web platform, and any future versions or features (collectively, the “Service”).
 
By registering, downloading, or using any part of the Service, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
 
  1. Scope of Application
    1.1 These Terms apply to all versions and features of the Service, including but not limited to desktop client, web platform, mobile apps, API, and any future versions.
    1.2 By downloading, installing, registering, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


  2. Regions and Versions
    2.1 ImmerShare is currently available in multiple regional versions, including the International version and the China version, as well as any future versions for other countries or regions. Users should use the version that corresponds to their actual location of use. The applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, data handling practices, and operating entity may differ by region.
    2.2 “Mainland China” means the mainland territory of the People’s Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
    2.3 Different regional versions may differ in features, pricing, payment methods, supported languages, and service scope. Details are as shown in the respective regional platform.
    2.4 Each regional version operates on a separate system. Accounts, subscriptions, payment records, and applicable terms may differ by region and generally cannot be transferred or merged, unless otherwise stated.
    2.5 You must not access or purchase a regional version that does not correspond to your actual location of use, nor use VPNs or similar tools to circumvent regional pricing policies. If such behavior is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently block the relevant account without refund.
    2.6 For users of the China version, related data generated during use shall be stored on servers located within mainland China, and any cross-border transfer, provision, or disclosure of user data shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, including required security assessments, filings, or standard contractual clauses. The China version also implements security measures in accordance with applicable cybersecurity and graded protection requirements.


  3. Accounts and Login
    3.1 You may log in to ImmerShare using third‑party accounts or platform accounts designated by Paraverse, such as international accounts or commonly used social / payment platform accounts in China.
    3.2 The specific login methods and their corresponding regional versions are described on the registration page and inside the Service, and may change over time as regions or versions are updated.
    3.3 You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information when registering. Your account is for your personal use only and must not be transferred, rented, or sold to any third party. For users of the China version, real-name verification and identity information may be required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If we detect false, stolen, or misused accounts, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice.
    3.4 If your account is used without authorization because you fail to properly protect your password or other login credentials (for example, leakage, sharing, weak passwords, or phishing), you assume all risks and losses arising from such misuse. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your own security negligence.


  4. Service Content and Features
    4.1 ImmerShare provides:
    – 3D application instant sharing: You can select any 3D application (for example, Unity, Unreal, 3D design software, and others) on your computer and instantly generate a link or QR code.
    – Streaming sharing: ImmerShare streams the application windows in real time. Recipients do not need to install the Service or own a dedicated GPU or high‑end hardware to view the 3D application in real time.
    4.2 Recipients need only use a normal device that supports a modern browser (such as a smartphone, tablet, or PC) to open the link or scan the QR code. ImmerShare automatically adapts to supported devices and screen sizes.
    4.3 If a recipient uses an unsupported or unusual device that is not supported by Paraverse, any display issues or inability to view the stream is not the Company’s responsibility.


  5. Plan Versions and Pricing
    5.1 ImmerShare currently offers
    – Introductory (Free) Version: A long‑term free version that provides most core features, mainly intended for testing and in‑network sharing.
    – Paid subscription versions: including but not limited to Basic and Professional plans, as well as other higher‑tier, team, or enterprise versions that may be introduced in the future. Specific features and pricing are as shown in the platform interface.
    5.2 Each paid subscription plan can be offered as a monthly or annual payment and may support auto‑renewal.
    5.3 The pricing, payment methods, units, and feature combinations for each regional version (such as International or China) are as shown in the platform.


  6. Payment, Subscription, and Auto‑renewal
    6.1 You may choose monthly plans or annual plans and whether to enable auto‑renewal (continuous subscription).
    6.2 If you enable auto‑renew ladder, the system will automatically charge the designated payment method near the end of each billing period until you cancel auto‑renewal before the renewal date.
    6.3 You may cancel auto‑renewal within a certain number of days (for example, 7 days) before the current billing period ends. After cancellation, service continues through the current period, and no further charges are made afterward.


  7. Future Versions and Updates
    7.1 Paraverse may update ImmerShare from time to time, including adding features, changing the interface, or launching new versions.
    7.2 Updated Terms will remain in effect unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service indicates your agreement with the latest Terms.

  8. Technical Support and Disclaimer
    8.1 Paraverse will provide reasonable technical support, including help documents, FAQs, and support via platform‑internal tickets or email, depending on the plan.
    8.2 Technical support does not cover issues caused by the user’s local networks, hardware, third‑party applications (such as Unity / Unreal), or improper use.
    8.3 The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or security patches. We will notify users in advance where possible, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.


  9. Intellectual Property
    9.1 All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the operator or its licensors.
    9.2 You may not copy, distribute, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, or otherwise exploit the Service, nor may you create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.


  10. User Responsibilities
    10.1 You must not:
    – Upload or stream illegal, pirated, or infringing content that violates copyright or third‑party rights;
    – Abuse the Service with bots, scripts, or automated tools;
    – Reverse engineer, crack, or resell the Service.
    10.2 You must not use the Service to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:
    – Violating applicable laws or regulations, or engaging in conduct that harms national security, public order, or other lawful interests;
    – Spreading pornographic, violent, false or otherwise illegal content;
    – Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or cracking ImmerShare client, plugins, or related software, or using unauthorized tools to extract or steal data;
    – Using the Service for cryptocurrency mining, large‑scale automated testing, or high‑intensity computation unrelated to normal collaboration or sharing purposes;
    – Any other activity that interferes with the stability, security, or fair use of the Service.
    10.3 You assume all risks associated with your use of the Service, including but not limited to those arising from your network, hardware, third‑party applications, or your own actions.


  11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    11.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free from delays or data loss.
    11.2 We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from:
    – Interruptions or failures caused by third‑party network providers, ISPs, or corporate firewalls;
    – Hardware compatibility issues on the user side, including but not limited to GPUs, drivers, CPUs, or display devices;
    – Latency, lag, or quality degradation caused by your own network quality, device performance, or bandwidth limitations.
    11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paraverse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
    – Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
    – Any other loss arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
    11.4 If any applicable law does not allow the exclusion of the above‑mentioned liability, such liability shall be limited in duration and amount to the extent permitted by that law.


  12. Changes to the Terms
    12.1 Paraverse may change these Terms due to business needs or changes in applicable laws and will notify users via website announcements or other reasonable methods.
    12.2 If you continue to use the Service within a reasonable time after the changes are announced, you agree to the updated Terms.
